We’re so sad your items didn’t work out. Not to worry, we do accept returns within 14 days of your post marked delivery. Items must be received within 14 days. Any items received after 14 days will not be accepted for a exchange/refund/store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor and must have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an item for refund if item appears to have an odor, been worn or washed. Shoes must be in the original boxes.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes shipping on exchanges. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-returnable items include: Sales items, jewelry, accessories, intimates, gift cards
Refunds will only be processed to the original card/payment option item was purchased with.
If you need to exchange an item for another size, please email email@example.com. We cannot guarantee that the item will be available. Due to limited quantity in items, if we have the item available in the size you are wanting, we will have you reorder the new item and mail back the original. A refund will be placed on the original card for the original item once we receive it back. If you do not wish to order a new item until we receive yours back, we will process the items as a return. No items will be held.
